I feel I must contradict you. I've lived my whole life in the most remote major city on the planet, Perth Western Australia, a place that even some australians have never heard of despite that Perth is the Cap of WA. When I was in school I learnt about Fiji just as much as Zimbabwe or Tajikistan, including it's location, and the spoken language, size, population and terrain. Most of it I've forgotten, but I still know it's in the southwest pacific, north of New Zealand, and I didn't just google that or anything either. Oh, and it is in your best interest to learn french, because many of the islands in your vicinity are french colonised and primarily french speaking.

Think about who your complaining to, because there is always a bigger and a smaller fish in the sea. Now consider that my community is thousand of kilometres from the next nearest major city, and that we are closer to Indonesia than the Eastern States of Aus. You guys living on your picturesque tropical island have it great by comparison I'm sure, but I'm not one to complain. I can appreciate the benefits of being able to travel nonstop for days without seeing another living soul. Atleast it's peaceful and not crowded. And we're kicking butt in the World Cup. :)

The state of Montana is 147,165 square miles with a population of 935,670. How much do you know about Montana? Are people of the world learning a lot about Montana? It's bigger than Fiji...
