love it wen my bf calls me sweet things like - sweet, sweetheart, chakare- means sugar sweet, and thangakodam which means precious gold. Its nice to know to associated to someone so specially that he treats u like a treasure.

I hate the nickname "dear." One time this guy I was dating kept calling me that knowing I didn't like that name. After he would say it, he would say, "oops he forgot." One day I asked him what nickname does he least like? He said, "Darlin'." Each time he called me dear, I called him darlin'. That broke him of that.
