THAT SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM YES. YOU SHOULD REPORT IT TO THE NATIONAL LOTTERY, ITS PROBABLY NOT EVEN LINKED!

That is a scam, The lottery don't know who has bought tickets or what your email is. I would suggest that if you are really concerned that it might be genuine then go down to a lottery provider (most supermarkets do this) and ask them for the telephone number or contact details for Camelot and call them. If it is genuine then you will know, if it isn't then you won't have somebody stealing your identity

there is a national lottery in UK. But 99.9999% of UK National Lottery in Internet is a scam. It is wise to mark that mail as a spam.

I don't think it is genuine, I know it isn't. If you have never entered a lottery you can't win and they'd use the post not email and they wouldn't ask for a copy of your driving licence.

The answer is simple ... if you entered on line and your entry matches the winning numbers .... you may well have won. If you never entered on line, then how can you possibly win ... then of course that will be a scam .... whatever happens, don't give any personal details on line ..... If it looks too good to be true, it no doubt is!!!

We do have a national lottery, but you have to buy a ticket to win anything...that's if the numbers you choose come up....what you have recieved is scam....report it and ignore it....don't send them anything.

This is the official site of the UK lottery...
