If you eat a lot and you are really skinny, chances are you have a fast metabolism. If your young, you probably haven't developed yet. There isn't anything to be worried about. That time will come. Don't rush it.

I was skinny too...105 pounds by the time I graduated high school and about 5 foot 4 inches. I used to count calories and at the end of the night eat candy lol.
As long as you are eating right (appropriate amounts from each food group) you shouldn't worry. I started gaining around age of 24. Now at age 40 I wish I could lose a few pounds (maybe 10) but I don't worry about it and I try to eat right.

I wish I knew how old you are because if you are young, alot of people are skinny. Enjoy it while you can because once you hit a certain age, the pounds just keep adding up. If it is girls that are making comments, it is because they are jealous because every girl wants to be skinny. You have what everyone else wants. If you are eating, then don't worry about it. Let what they say go in one ear and out the other.

Don't worry about what others think. How old are you anyway? I was skinny and worried about it all the time. You should enjoy it and flaunt it. If only I knew that when I was a teen. Now after being married gained about 10 lbs and after having kids about 10 lbs more. now I wish I was about 5-10 less but others still see me as thin. Work out and put muscle tone on and let it show!

I know it might sound strange, but you have to do more sports. First of all because you can grow muscles that will make you look 'bigger' sports also grow your appetite. Eating a bit before and a lot just after sports will help. Stopping sports usually makes people fat, but that's only about serious activity.
Also use salt. I may be bad for your health, but sea salt isn't. Salt stops destroing fat.
Oh, and don't forget eating late - I'm talking about night snacks. Good luck!

You dont think of you're fat. So its no longer anorexia. eating various of meat wont supply help to placed on plenty weight to be truthful. Dairy products are fattening, devour extra cheese, pasta and bread. Dont weigh your self daily, its getting obsessive! as quickly as each week or as quickly as a fortnight is adequate, by no potential weighing your self would be extra useful. one hundred forty five pounds on your height is super.

it happened to me from age 11 to 18. but do u know what it was, it was because whenever i ate and sorry but this may seem gross but i have to tell u to help u. wenever i ate, it went straight through me and i used to run to loo so i was not digesting my food and getting no benefits frm the nutrients it was suppose to give me. if that is the case then i think you should sort it out coz i did and it might affect u in the long run like wen you need vitamins and minerals from food for like i dunno, pregnancy when u eat for 2 and stuff. i dunno but it is iomportant that u get it checked. i sorted myself out and im at the gym now every wk so u can tell what im saying now. but i feel soo much better in my health tho although i may get a lil overweight, just a few pounds.

I wouldn't worry about it if your eating just what you normally eat, you are prbably the type that can eat and eat and not gain any weight. but if it's a big issue i would check with your doctor for some advice.
