I would say sadness. It is an emotion of weeping and crying but you can't see/hear/touch emotions.

example: When she cried, her sadness was apparent.

I don't know what an "abstract" noun is but I believe a noun for cry/weep is lacrimation. Webster's says, yes! Ah, but with cmhurley's addition of the meaning of abstract I say there is no abstract noun for weep or cry. Abstract being something you can't detect with your five senses and shedding of tears clearly being something you could see/hear/feel.
