To make the assertion that President Bush is not intelligent is a mistake, particularly if you do not support his actions. That a segment of the population disagrees with some (if not all) of his policies, proposals, and actions is obvious. That doesn’t make him stupid and I suggest he is quite intelligent.

If, as appears to be the case, there are those who desire a different president, then they should become politically active and work for the programs and candidates they support without resorting to unsupportable assertions of character. Anyone who simply uses political spin and unfounded assertions begin to appear less intelligent than their target and will likely have little impact during any election process. Don’t alienate groups of voters against yourself or position by doing such things as stating untruths that older people cannot become smarter (actual research demonstrates this is a fallacy) and only become senile.

Get involved, research the facts of those issues and candidates in which you’re interested. Convince others of the correctness of your positions through offering provable facts. Do not follow those who simply present propaganda.

Fallacy, complex question: you're asking two questions in once sentance. Is gwb stupid? is he stupid all the time? Though we all feel like the answer is yes. He's obviously not all that stupid if he fooled a whole nation of people to vote for him, fight his war, pump his oil, and get re-elected. IMHO: he was born into the right place at the right time. i cant wait to listen to all the bad bush jokes that are gonna come around during the next presidency.

Stem Cell research may help him and other former alchoholic, coke heads recover those cells.

He is not stupid, just below average, that said although there are a few chiimps who might be smarter and can reach the banana in experiments, overall he is in a higher percentile than most other chimps.

In terms of humans, it is hard to tell.

George Bush went to a doctor because he had a headache. The doctor said, "There's nothing wrong with your head. Your left brain is not right and there's nothing left in your right brain."

It amazed me to see how many questions as yours being posted in Yahoo! Answers. There's so much bitterness & hatred out there from Bush-haters & Liberals alike. So sad !
I'm pretty sure he's much smarter than you. At least he's smart enough not to post a stupid question like yours.

Remember dear, he's not really that stupid. He's quite smart actually, well in certain areas he is. Cheny/Daddy Bush are the brains of this administration (if that's what you wanna call them) and Georgie is their puppet.

I wonder, do you think George knows he their puppet? God, one would hope so, uh.

Depends on point of view. I think he is very clever for his own sake. Stupid man cannot easily fool majority of American people two times.
