My husband recently began thinking about getting circumcised. Oddly enough i've never been with a circumcised man and didn't really know how to respond when he told me he was thinking about having it done? Is it really any different at all? Has anyone been in a similar situation? Well any answers/advice would help really.

Do it! It's cleaner and definitely more attractive.

It's time to let go of the turtlenecks, girl.

I was in nursing school, when I saw a man get circumcised. It is the same procedure as for an infant. But a "man" has got to keep it REAL clean until it heals and it is a very painful healing. GOOD LUCK!

Let me clear up some of this nonsense others have posted!

First of all
1)it is not a necessary procedure
2)does not reduce any chance of cancer
3)if a man knows how to clean his penis, it does not matter if he is circumcised or not...
4)it is painful at any age, specially as an adult
5)No medical association recommend this procedure, it is purely a personal decision.
6)the extra skin actually makes a man stay erect longer, not shorter

It is cleaner, looks better, and reduces the risk of cancer. Hope he has a good pain tolerance though. Men don't handle the procedure as well as babies.

its better to be circumsized:
1) You dont get the buildup of smelly sheezy crap in the tip
2) the head of the dyck gets less sensitive and this allows him to last longer
3) its more hygienic and you will enjoy blowing him better

it's no different. as for him, he won't be able to have sex for a while as it heals, it'll hurt a lot.
why is he thinking of that now? just being nosy.
