I'm afraid there's not much more you can do than wear heels a lot. But don't worry, there's advantages to the situation too, you just need to make use of them...

if you don't want to walk for like 2 years, you can have special metal braces attached to your legs that go straight to the bone (painful). There's a turn device (like a screw driver) that once turned will stretch your bones apart like 1 millimeter. You would slowly grow new bone in the areas being stretched apart and you could easily be 6" to a foot taller.
Pros: you'd be taller
Cons: do it because you'd want to, not because of some guy.
painful, you wouldn't be able to walk for over 2 years and would have to learn how to walk all over again (which can take up to 6 months)
do you really want the scars on your beautiful legs and the cost of doctor's appointments, medicine for possible infections, etc.

In the end I'd stick with what God has given you and avoid surgery at all costs. PLUS, you don't finish growing until you're 25 years old. Drink lots of milk and take vitamins to boost your height, but it may not do much because vitamins help when you're younger and height is genetic.

Good luck!
