Find out everything you can about the company. In interviews they like to ask questions to see what you know about them. Think about the questions they ask for a few seconds and don't answer them right off the top of your head. If you can go by and see how the current employees are dressed and gear your outfit towards that. Don't wear perfume. Be able to list your top 3 strenghts and weaknesses. They will probably ask why you think you are the best candidate for the position, so be prepared to sell them on why they should hire you. Being a secretary requires that you have good people skills and can deal with all types of personalities. The one question I hate is when they ask "Where do you see your self in 5 years?" Know what you put on your resume because they will ask questions regarding what you put down and ask you to describe what you've done in the past. Be professional.

First of all are there any spelling mistakes in your CV? It has to be perfect or else you won't get an interview. Why didn't you use the spellcheck here because that is a badly written question?

I once heard someone asking a similar question - how to perform well in an interview. Like all good advice, the answer was simple:

Don't act like a ****.
