It's called Polyandry. Very uncommon compared to Polygamy, but it does exist.
Whenever my husband gets jealous, I sooth him with, "Don't worry. You can be the Head Husband." And he laughs because... it doesn't exist here!

there is a country where women have more then one husband and younger ones i saw it on the national geographic channel i just don't remember the country
