if you sneeze into a tissue (or your shoulder) then you are less likely to spread the germs. If you hold in your sneezes you can bust your ear drums (very painful), and some other things. a sneeze is a few hundred miles per hour. you don't want to hold that in!

Sneezing is an involuntary muscle contraction which means you really can't hold it in. Many women choose to not open their mouths when they sneeze making the men in their lives believe they are holding it in. What they are doing is releasing the sneeze thru their nose. I'm 50 years old and have been sneezing like that for my whole life and I haven't 'blown my brains out" yet, which is what my husband tells me I'll do if I don't open my mouth.

LOL i've got in no way sneezed. you reported a skinny layer..It probable triggers you to sneeze reason for the dirt or small paper debris. that is in simple terms the our bodies organic protection against distant places invaders. i would not make it right into a habit although. i do no longer comprehend if that is somewhat undesirable for you, yet i'm able to think of that in case you sneeze too lots for the period of the day it could worsen your trachea or throat, or if the physique isn't useful at expelling the paper dirt over the years you'll be slowly respiration it into the lungs and having the nice debris get caught there.
