stupid *** promoting your country for no good.
you havent lost your sexual drive because of the your condition but heart failure might restrict your sexual function. if your doctor limits your ADL function to 5 METS then you can have sex with your wife not your other partner because its more higher.
try to visit your doctor before trying drugs for penile enlargement or erection cause this might afect your heart.
why not try visual stimulation prior to action or tactile stimulation to seek which spot works for you
