Jealous of what? looks?
Apparently women seem to forget that although some men do share this commen trait, most men do not grant much importance on their looks. Its really something so futile that only women can build their life around. Thats why after 30 years old women become bitter and men move on.
Fame? then maybe yes some men can be jealous, as men more than women are power hungry and fame leads to that.. but an actor? not my dream. Constantly being in the spotlight may seem appealing to some... but it is something only people with futile dreams aim.
Overall yes, I think some guys can be jealous of him, but not to the point some women think. I think women posting here are the ones who have a problem with their hormones, thinking that all other men should not only be like him but actually want to be him.
get over it, he wont be yours.

Well , im not boy but i think no ther arent and they dont need becuse keanu is not very hand some or good actor than the others

Lol I just have to say I personally dont think he is a great actor. He doesnt have a great character change between movies. Also the guy has a hawaiian name and he cannot say is correctly being able to speak hawaiian i would know. He is very irritating when it comes to that. so jealous? I think not!

hm. keanu reeves. think neo. saviour of humanity. the guy is sposed to be part- asian, part -hawaiian. the matrix was one hell of a meaty role for him. dont know about others but i envy him.
