I believe that you never quit growing in certain areas such as the nose or ears. But at some point you do beginn to shrink in height. I know it sounds crazy i wish i could explain why but i really don't know.

They do both. They shrink as they get older and grow until they shrink

people grow till they get to 21-22 then after a while they start to shrink (but not in all cases)

they grow till they can and then they stop....wen u get older u becom smaller...not shrink...just get hunched and stuff

when they are born they grow then wen they get older, they shrink.
but in general people grow - evolution....
