I did a PJAS (pennsylvania junior academy of science) project on ths exact subject. The outcome was that identical twins have the same type of fingerprints and that they are the same.

I am an identical twin. All fingerprints are different, no two people have the same prints. Even though two people are twins there are always many differences between them anyway. If we were exactly the same we would be clones and not twins.

Well i know these guys that i used to work with. They are identical twins and we have a clock in system that works by using your fingerprints and they were they only people that could clock each other in and out, so there you go.

I am not sure on Finger prints, but, Identical Twins do have the same DNA. Now this will sound crazy, ,on the Maury show there was a girl who had sex with twins, and they could not tell who was the father because both had the same DNA.

Everyone has a unique set of fingerprints. Fingerprints, by definition are inherently unique. A Fingerprint
has not, is not and will not be repeated.
