Since God is the super power ,why he allows the evils to play their trics with some people and losing their mental peace. According to the Bible The so called Saitan has challenged Son of God. Still Saitan is protected and ruling the under world. Why God is not destroying this devil?

Satan's plan was to not give us all freedom of choice, and let us all be happy(all that instant satisfaction). but what would we learn in good ways and bad.
