It will feel like warm water.
Our body temp is about 98 degrees. But guess what? Our skin surface temperature is closer to 86-85 degrees. So anything above your skin temperature will feel like warm water.
A really neat thing is when you can exactly match the water temp with the skin temp. At that exact point there is a total lack of temp sense and it feels kind of weird. Very hard to do though.

Feeling is negligible.. Due to the same reason, when keroscene is put on the human body, due to the same temprature of keroscene as of human body, humans will not realise that keroscene is been poured on..

You will feel a bit warmer than usual because your outer part of body is coler than the inner side.
