Would it put you off? How would you cope when the kids were hard work? How could the woman help to make things work?

I used to be a social worker with a single parent charity and this was a commonly asked question.

Lots of mature men would welcome this situation, if the love and commitment was there.

A man who loves children would like this situation.

Kids are never easy, but usuallly delightful. The right man would cope.

How can the man best help here? Simply love the mother truely deeply.

How can the woman help? Love and accept the man. Talk with him, allow time for the potential step situation to develop. Let man get to know her as a friend first.

I hope love finds you and your children

If I loved the woman, I would love her children, they are after all part of her.
We would share the chores, cooking, cleaning and the children's homework assignments. I would try to include them in all things a family would do as I would my own children.
How would a woman help to make things work? I think the hardest thing to handle would be discipline problems with the children which she would be responsible for, however, we both should agree on the punishment before she meted it out.

I've been involved with someone like that for the past 8 months. It's really no problem if you love her. How to get a guy that will go for you? Just be yourself at all times. You'll find someone that's not bothered by it. Good luck :-)

I can only speak for myself cause all men think differently about this. I personal believe that a guy should give the "women" a second look, just because she has kids doesn't make her taboo. If you care enough to ask about her then, when you find out she has kids, ask about them too.I think a guy may be passing a great opportunity for a women with kids. I for one, wouldn't pass it up.

Good luck

I am not that old(17) so I guess my answer won't interest you but here it goes:
The woman is important no matter if she has kids or not,if the children are small it wont't matter at all.

well, persoanlly it all depends on how much the guy loves the gal and how much is he reaady to accpet it. Dont forget life is so simple, we make it difficult.
I guess all kids are naughty and this is the age that he need to be naughty too, perhapds someone who really cares and loves you, someone you understand the reality bit of life than just fooling around.

Cheers!

Speaking for myself, I would not get involved.

However please note, I have no intentions of have kids ever. So I may be in the minority seeing as most men do intend to have kids of their own.
