We can see some infrared wavelengths, but only faintly. If you've ever been in a photographic darkroom you'll know what I mean. Or switch on an electric bar heater in a dark room. He won't be completely invisible, but close to it.

Indeed he will, as infra-red energy (heat energy, and the technology used in Remote Controls) is beyond the visible spectrum for a human being. Although, it can be seen by I.R. cameras...

No, i do no longer think of it rather is real. yet I actual have heard that blue eyes are comfortable to easy, like what between the solutions above mentioned. do no longer subject ;) and blue eyes are surprisingly for my section.

We all emit infra-red anyway which we can't see. I don't know what he means by going infra-red.
