do it both ways but with the internet you tend to have them looking for you since they read the CVs first while most jobs in the papers are walk-in interviews.

I guess I prefer sending my CV out than travelling half of Singapore and ending up with nothing.

Straits Time sat papers have a whole range of comprehensive job. When I want to recruit someone, the most effective method is thru papers.

Only those non urgent work i place them on the website.

i actually prefer to check for jobs online. but due to the limited jobs posted, i hv to refer to the papers to check for more jobs
