A Physiotherapist is an individual that is qualified to diagnose and provide preventative and therapeutic services which are used in restoring the mobility to the body and to prevent disabilities from diseases, injury and trauma. A physiotherapist must possess the knowledge of how the body works, of different types of injuries and the techniques needed to aide the proper healing, they must also have a good knowledge of all types of diseases and be able to tell the difference between good and poor posture. They must know the movement capabilities and functions along with normal and abnormal balancing.


A biomechanist is practically the same thing, but the pay differs.
