I have a problem of freckles on my cheeks

If you don't have too many, you may be in luck.
Wear good sunscreen and use Porcelana. That will fade them (it takes time) and the sunscreen will prevent more.

I had freckles all my life, since being in the sun as a child. No one every thought they were a problem. They are generally thought of as cute. When you are older you can cover them up with makeup. They fade in the winter. But once you get them you can't get rid of them. They are permanent spots from sun damage. Depending on your age, if you are allowed to use makeup, you can wear a light foundation even if you are as young as 13 if they bother you.
