honestly, you can wear just about anything with black and white. They're both very "neutral" and you can pull just about anything off with it... just depends what you want to enhance more.
I've done smokey eyes with peachy lips and soft peach-bronze cheeks with black and white as well as gorgeous turqouise eyes with subtle pink cheeks and a sheer neutral lip... really, anything goes with black and white.

Black and white is dull! However, the color is not the only important thing when picking makeup. You must look at the design. If there is a big black and white flowered pattern, keep it simple. If it's a black skirt with a white top, be creative! Dusting a purple eyeshadow over smudged brown eyeliner is brilliant, will bring out your eyes. Make sure to wear a gloss for your lips, you'll look brilliant!

I have this one dress and the top part is mostly black and the bottom mostly white. I would go withe softer colors like dream mouse shadow in and ivory or darker brown, try putting black shadow as a base then lighten it up with a pale yellow or brown, pinks may be okay but first try blacks and browns, you can also use a hite shadow to soften the black aswell! Good luck!

I think it is nice to throw some color into the mix if you are wearing black and white. MAC makes amazing, vivid eyeshadow colors that look great. Heavy on the eyes, easy on the lips. I think that it is too early nineties to wear black and white clothes, with like black liner and stuff. Make it more modern with a little color on the eyes.

Neutral, natural colors go best with black and white. Try light brown and pink colors to go along with it. Although bright pastels will make you stand out more and they match black or white, its not in the same color category. Trust me just use browns and and other neutral colors.

Both black and white are neutral colours, they look well with most colours. Most of it depends on your personal style, and the look you're going for (day/night.)
Most day looks consist of foundation that matches your skin tone, a coral or peach blush, a coral or peach lipstick/gloss, neutral eyeshadows (think tans), brown or black eyeliner, and brown or black mascara.
An evening look is more dramatic, say plum eyeliner with a lavendar shadow.
Only play up one feature, if you're doing your eyes, wear a sheer lip gloss. If you're doing your lips in a bold colour, try to keep the eyes softer.
You can also search for "make up tips" for advice on how to apply make up.

You do not match your make up with your clothes. You are to match makeup with eyes and skin tones. If you have blue eyes, wear brown orange purple or green, if you have brown eyes, purple blues black. Experiment you will soon recognize which colours look best on you.

When i wear dark colors i usually wear a dark gray or brown. What i do is put dark gray on the bottom lid and a light color like cream on the top below your eyebrow. You can also determine it by the color of your eyes.
