Australia would always be a good bet although some smaller tropical islands would stand you good stead get a list of hot countries names put them in a hat and pull out the 1st and visit it then when you save up for your next holiday do the same but delete the country that you went to b4 ...

Argentina and South Africa in March. Hot, sunny but with tempering breezes. Absolutely beautiful. Miami (and Florida in general) in winter and spring are also excellent.
