Oh, a lot. Michael Jordan is the first that comes to my mind. Walter Payton, too. Anyone that carried an entire team on their back, or was a one-person force for winning. Shaq is kinda like that but that's only because of his size.
Anyway the only other athlete that I can think of it terms of "greatest" is Lance Armstrong.
