Any sugestions for looking after my skin greatly appreciated.

moisturise....use honey and milk as a face mask..or use mashed bananas ,honey and milk....the glycerine ,rose water, lime juice combination suggested to u will work well too....drink lots of water and fruit juices...use almond oil on ur face fairly regularly...it will delay the occurence or wrinkles....
if u dont have time for routine body moisturising....add a few drops of honey to ur bath water.....

Drinking as much water as you can. Using the best moisturisers you can buy (I love Claudlie) Use sunscreen all the time and moisturise twice a day if you can. I've found the "harder" the water the problems I have (the south of france being particularly bad for me) so if you get a water softener and have baths, it really helps. Most though you need to do it from the inside out. That being water and fish oils help too, avocados, nuts and seeds. Hope you're having fun anyway!!

This is a well known medical complaint found in most inhabitants of Rajasthan , the full medical term is Rajasthancrocodileitus!
A few years ago you would have been hunted and turned into a handbag, but this is now banned by the tree huggers group. However you are now safe from this fate!
I was fortunate enough to get a couple of these handbags and I treat them with vegetable oil this keeps them supple, how about trying that?
Hope this helps with your immediate problem??

The best remedy for it is :
Mix glycerin, lemon juice and rose water in equal proportion and store it in a bottle. Apply all over ur body every night just before sleep. Within few days u will get soft and supple skin. If skin is too dry then u can increase the ration of glycerin in the above mixture.
The best part is above solution is very economical and easy to make and no side effects.

I lost a little bit of weight when I went vegetarian, going vegan really kicked that into high gear because I kicked out cheese and dairy. I definitely feel more energetic, as well, which is a great bonus. My complexion was fine before, haven't noticed a big change but my friend who had bad skin before has cleared up a lot.

exfoliate daily a natural option is some form of oat like porridge with some shower gel or a little bit of olive oil. use a good moisturiser and drink plenty of water. use a high spf to avoid sun damage. your skin will take some time to adjust to new climate and eventually it wont bother you.

Get some aqueous cream, very inexpensive and it comes in large tubs, use morn and evening and it is a fab low cost, moisturiser with instant results, it is also good for chapped/sore dry hands.

Vitamins are good. A and E help promote healthy skin. Also a dry skin lotion like Lubriderm after bathing will always help.

Maybe you should drink lots of water. Put natural stuff on your face like cucumber, tomatoes, etc.
