I am having a tummy tuck July 6th. I am planning on asking my surgeon, but I was just wondering if anyone knew how long you have to wait to have sex. Me and my bf was talking, and he asked. I told him probuly 2 weeks, but I wasn't sure.

Forget 2 weeks... more like 6. A TT is major surgery. It'll take 2 weeks until you can properly use the loo for # 2 because of the pressure.

No,minimum 25 days after the surgery.And if you really want to get it done for less go to India--i am telling this to you from my first hand experience.Cosmetic Surgery (including facelift/ breast enhancement tummy tuck./lipo) is very cheap in India.There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India.They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance in USA or by the stinking NHS in UK

Probably should wait a little longer than a mere two weeks. Although this is probably a question that you should ask your doctor. Tell your bf to hold his horses.

Ask the SURGEON doing the procedure. He will best know as he is the one performing the surgery and knows exaclty how much trauma you are enduring.
