The answer in none but NASA did have women in training as astronauts in the 1960's contrary to popular belief.

The number of humans to land on the moon is nearly microscopic but they were all male. Women were sent up by the USSR in capsules and by the US in the Shuttles but none have gone beyond earth orbit. Given a new project this might change but until then.. None.

Only 12 men have walked on the moon. The US didn't even have female astronauts before the 1980s, and our last moon mission was in 1972. The Soviets had female cosmonauts, but there never were any Soviet manned moon missions.

Edit: Kevin C, in training, yes, but women never flew missions until Sally Ride in 1983.
