Ally sheedy and c. thomas howell. I also really used to like molly ringwald and the actor that played long duc dong in sixteen candles. and who could forget jake ryan (i cant remember the actors name) he was absolutely dreamy!

Andrew McCarthy. I thought he was the vulnerable type who probably had a big heart. I also loved Molly Ringwald as she was alternately dorky/pretty--in other words she wasn't perfect so it was easy to relate. Judd Nelson was cool, too, but Andrew McCarthy was my favorite and I still like to see him in movies, especially "The Joy Luck Club."
