i have a compaq computer/ the other on crashed i need to know how to play movies

load the driver onto your system and when you put the dvd into the drive it play automatically. Most of them are auto play.

You can only play DVD's if you computer is installed with a DVD Drive.

Look at the outside, where the tray pops out. It'll say DVD on it if it has one. Just throw it in there. If it doesn't go, go to menu and pick run and then select that drive.

u may have DVD software all in with the new pc and your dvd/cd unit should be on autoplay as a default !

have you got a dvdrom or rewriter in it?? you should just be able to put a dvd in if nothing happens then you haven't got one

you need a compatable comp. If it is then you just need to put it in.
