Not sure its possible in Cali as the EPA tests are different to rest of USA.
They dont just do normal exhaust emmisions like everyone else they do a PPM test for specific particulate matter.
I think Yamaha are the only manufacturor who payed the $100,000 plus fee to use 'normal' EGA machines, for CO, CO2, unburned Hydrocarbons, etc
You would be better off getting a used street legal dual sport bike and modifying it for off road. : )

No can do. Even with lights, and signals, the engine is not EPA certified, also the tires are non-DOT (yes, I know they sell DOT knobbies). Try Thumper Racing, and Baja Designs, but don;t say I didn;t warn you.

basically need to add, lights, stop light and directionals. Also, a holder to hold the license plate with a light over the plate
