A english 10 is a usa 14. Different shops have different measurements. You've been given odd answers here, for example 36 is an english 14. A size 10 is kinda a model size, but only if you are 5'7" plus. I'd like to be a ten!!

Bust 36" Waist 28" Hips 38"
This is only an average. Rarely are people exactly proportional. Most people fall in between two sizes, or need one size on top and one size on the bottom.
