Democratic Boss who knows how to pull the string....
Employees work at ease and will be willing to go an extra mile without hesitation as they have enjoyed the freedom. They will be more productive as they will feel an obligation to compensate for their freedom and on the other hand such an working enviroment is rare so they would not want to lose out. Off course some employees will take advantage of the democracy then here comes the Boss who is a good at pulling the string a little so that situation will be under control.
