Well don't you worry. Rather than explaining you why i will rather fix this problem. here's what you need to do. Download these software's from www.download.com update them after you install them and run a scan at least 2 times with each software. That is once when you run a scan restart your computer and run a scan again. So 6 times with 3 software's. The software's are.
1> Spybot search and destroy
2> Ad Aware
3> Microsoft win defender

Finally after this is done please defragment your hard drive. Now follow this link to run a online spyware scan. Do it once only.

http://www.trendmicro.com/spyware-scan/

and follow this link to run a virus and a spyware scan (mandatory)

http://www.trendmicro.com/hc_intro/default.asp

Once done all viruses and malwares are out of your computer. Now defragment your Hard drive again.

Make sure you frequently check for updates and run a scan with those installed software's once in 2 days. You can run an online scan once a month or once in 15 days depends on your Internet usage. Hope this answers your question.
