A she-male is a guy or a girl who's had a sex change, its really difficult to insert the anchovies. LOL

The only real way to see if the "HE" is really a "SHE" or visa-versa, or both is to check for the "Adams Apple"
Guys were born with and have Adams Apples, Girls Don't.

Shemales are like hermaphrodites in animals except they are humans, shemales are females with male genitals or males with female genitals , it is an easy process to remove the genitals through surgery but i don't know why there are somany of them in our world..
