Unless this is a sudden change - then i wouldnt worry too much especially if this is a young person.

It could be that they have lost their way a little in life - how about opening dialogue about the hopes and dreams they had when they were younger?

THIS PERSON HAD NOT EXPERIENCED ANY SUFFERINGS OF LIFE AND THIS MADE HIM TO BE AN EASY GOING PERSON,NOT BOTHERING ABOUT HIS FUTURE,
SOMEHOW OR OTHER HIS WORK GETS DONE MAKES THIS FELLOW MORE LAZY AND IMPROPER PLANNER.HE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE ALSO. THAT IS WHY OLDEN DAYS PEOPLE GET THEM MARRIED AND CREATE AN AWARENESS OF LIFE THROUGH A WIFE AND KIDS TO MAKE HIM CHANGE,MOSTLY THIS WORKS OUT.
