haha..what a good idea!!! i can play for different countries every game, stand up every time but my write hand over my heart and sing the national anthem, show my real patrionism, i owe my heart to all three home countries, us, equador, italy :) hehe...




i have to tell this to my sister, she's gonna crack up!

of course i do, and i make everyone that plays with me do the same. It is the right thing to do, because Monopoly was made in the US. If I play chess, then I sing the Indian national anthem, because it was invented there.

Probaly a good idea... will make the expereince more fun for a game that needs a bit more fun instilled into it... I think that is why there are so many rules variations! You may want to assign a song to the Free Parking space as well!

One finds that it is frightfully good form to do so. Maybe it is just a British trait but it is rattling good fun and respectful of our beloved monarch.
