There really is no benefits to it! If a woman has small breasts, a push up bra gives her more and gives a little confidence. If a woman has large breasts, the bra can cause pain. In general, bras are uncomfortable! No benefits to it!

The benefit does not come after wearing a bra, but while wearing it. They support the breasts.

gravity doesn't pull them down...helps them not to sag until they're about 30. But, if they get pregnant they're screwed regardless...
