Right now I have posted MANY online resumes for Employee seekers. Any Business owners out there got any good tips for what to put on a post-your-resume type website?

Employers want a perfect match between the job hunter and the tasks that need to be performed as they have defined it. The last thing they want to see is an application letter from someone who just wants "any ole job you can give me" or a resume that is mass-produced and mass-submitted to various companies. Make sure the reader of your resume and application letter will think, by the end of reading the letter, that this is the person I need for this position. If you don't know what the job is about, don't write to that HR personnel. You'll save your time and that person's.

A low cost, attractive, highly adaptable, easy to control, easy to get along with in the way confortable for them, machine that will make life easier for them and decrease their stress levels.

As for resumes I have no idea. I think its important to just be concise and get to the point about what qualifications you have for the job.

Depends on what your applying for. If its an office job, brag about your stability, --a farm job, your reliability, --a ranch job, your strength and perseverance, --a miner-your honesty, --a law office, your dis-honesty, --the Government, your want to get out of the responsibility of laws you made as a voter, --anything else, do it yourself and become an entrepreneur, like the rest of us.

if you are really interested in a postion, don't settle for postioning your resume, call the contact person and speak with them, or email it directly to him.

It depends A LOT on what kind of job you want.
In my job, they were looking for someone fairly pretty, preferably with not STDs and who looked like she WAS that kind of girl.
