saved a page as html but when opening it the page appears momentarily then disappears while a pop up blocker message comes on screen. choosing 'allow blocked content' doesn't help to get the page up on the screen. suggestions are welcome.......

You cannot 100% prevent someone from saving the page. You can only make it a little harder to stop the not so "determined" If not, you will have to encrypt your codes using some 3rd party software, but that will seriously impact the page's performance.

I went through this to you may want to give this a try depending on what your internet service is you have to go in and change your settings that your internet provider has registered and it should ask you to input the exact address of the website you want to allow

Just go to Tools - Internet Options & in privacy menu uncheck the Popup bloker
