They used to be called HEENT being that the word Head was used in it.
But after all those years the doctors finally figured out that the eyes ears nose and throat were all part of the head... So they got rid of the redundancy

For ears, noses and throats = otorinolaryngologist or E.N.T.
For brain = neurologist, neurosurgeon, psychiatrist.
