how will your skin react if you are in an airconditioned room 8 hours a day?

It makes your skin dry and dirty. Airconditioners, although nice and cool carry dirt and dust as it just recycles the air inside a particular space. And since you don't sweat, impurities tend to build inside you body.
I stay in an airconditioned office 10-12 hours a day so I usually wash my face during my lunch break and use a moisturizer. I also drink a lot of water, which makes me pee a lot and helps i getting rid of toxins in my body.

Your skin will wrinkle up like you have been in the bath too long and it will stay that way,this will happen in a matter of a couple of weeks --- don't do it.

It may just be a little drier than usual. Otherwise, it will have no negative effect on your skin.

because the air is cold you might get dry skin, and it is also recirculated so your skin will be a bit dirtier, just use moisturizer
