The basic principle, that the flouride ION bonds to tooth enamel preventing bacteria from bonding at the saame location and producing a cavity seems reasonable. Is human chemistry so simple that this simplistic principle is always a positive? I would vote no in "Polls and Surveys."

It doesn't matter it is in so small of an amount it completely dissolves in the stomach acid so it would only mildly help with your mouth hygiene
