Dear friend,
Breasts are great and fashion for girls. But extreme of them are a bit of shame.
You have got to stop eating chicken.Chickens contain a lot of hormones, for example, oestrogen hormone. This hormone does not go from the bodies of chicken even if they are cooked, fried or eaten raw. The hormones are injected into the chicks for their fast growth. These hormones on entering the human bodies, react with the other hormones present in the endocrine glands. The net result is that the mammary glands(present only in females) begin to develop. This might be the case with your breasts.
Also, by taking different exercises for you chest, you can reduce the size of your breasts. You can swing your arms to and fro continuously for 15 minutes.
So, come on, start now! What are you waiting for?

Why don't you just let nature take it's course and worry about it when they stop growing. They are not like weeds and you can control them. Genes have a way of carrying on.
If, when you stop growing, you need a breast reduction, they are available and advisable.
You are still growing at 16, all over.

I can sympathize with you, my breasts have always been large & heavy. In High School I was mercilessly teased.
Outside of surgery I don't know what you can do. Surgery can be costly, painful and risky, think before you make a rash decision you will live with the rest of your life.
Believe me I understand, I am in my late fifties and wear an "F" cup. Large and heavy yes, but they are part of who God made me.
Hang on. Soon you will be out of High School and the real world doesn't have time to think about things like that. Just stay healthy and active.

You really can't do anything now, at 16. However, I have a few friends who had this problem. They were recommended by their doctor for breast reduction surgery, because of the strain to their backs. Because it was a health issue, it was free-paid by health insurance.
If you can hold out a little longer-they were 20 or so-you might be eligible. One friend said it changed her life, she has never felt better. Good luck.

Dear Keerthi,
They will stop growing on their own. Don't worry. Ask your mom or family doctor as to how to handle their heaviness. Large breasted women are rare and very attractive to men. Reduce eating fatty foods and do general exercises.

well there really is no absolute way to stop them from growing your just hitting a growth spirt what seems to help when my breasts start to grow is i only wear a sports bra to help ease the pain and when they stop growing if they are too heavy you should then talk to a doctor about breast reduction so u dont damage your back.

If you are on hormone like the birth control pill that is one cause. You can go off the pill and get an alternative. Consult your doctor. Or wait for their full growth and have a reduction surgery. Scars but the size you want.

In our genes you have a set height for the maxium height that you can achieve. If you eat a healthy diet you will most likely reach this maxium height..as long as you dont do anything dumb that could stunt your growth dont worry about it. You are at a perfect height anyway, so y r u worring...

Wow. I bet a lot of girls would love to have your problem. I don't think you can stop their growth, but you could try & tone up the chest region to make them more firm.

If you loose weight it may help some. The only other suggestion that I have is that you consult a plastic surgeon about breast reduction surgery. Some insurance plans do cover this if it is determined that the weight of your breast is causing you back pain.
