Pyramid Head is cool?

i've never been interested in silent hill. i'm more of a resident evil fan.but i'm still interested in seeing silent hill the movie. anyway i like to do my research before going into anything,so i went to silent hill video game web sites and read about the different characters and stories.it is very interesting.

the thing that bothers me though is i kept hearing guys talk about this character PYRAMID HEAD and how cool he is.so i wanted to find out about him. i found out in the game he's RAPING some kind of mannequin creature and that he's(PYRAMID HEAD) a repressed emotion of the main (HUMAN)character in the game.

i'd like to know why does everyone(MOSTLY GUYS) think that pyramid head is so cool and all he's doing is raping(what appears to be ) a FEMALE character?

be honest with me.
it would be really disturbing if that is the reason 4 his"COOLNESS"

I don't think it's cool that the thing is raping a female...object...
But I am impressed with the game's ability to be gritty and real about the topic. It takes itself seriously, and most people do believe that that particular scene has some merit in representing the main character's inner struggle. I think you might understand it more with a little more research or perhaps some hands-on experience with Silent Hill 2.

I never thought he was cool. In the game, though, I stole his big sword (that's probably what people think is cool) and I tried to whomp on him with it. It didn't work. I used the sword to kill the fat guy, though, because he was trying to shoot me. He hit me with one shot but then I cut him in half. MUHAHAHAHAHHA!
