Who invented or discovered racism?

When did it actually start and who started it?

racism is as old as homo sapiens. it probably started with a conflict with the neandethals.

I think that it started the same time as people were viewed as having equal rights. For example everyone being able to vote, I would have to say that it would have started with governments passing laws. Because in Australia when whites first came here it was leagal to kill all of the blacks. But now killing one colour person over anouther is rascist. So I would have to say that governments came up with the whole Idea of racism. Well gave it a name anyway, i suppose it has always been around but governments just named it and made laws against it.
We naturally are going to stick up for people of our own race though so mabe it came from back in the days when we were living in tribes and we had to protect our tribe from the others. Just my thoughts anyway.

racisim wasnt invented, it can be taught by parents, teachers, the news, friends, ect ect.. I guess, But deep down every person invents there own views of others, and therefore generates his own racism
