Or from the weight of my long hair? It's giving me a head ache, putting it up makes it worse. iIt's like each strand is being pulled at the same time. I heard somewhere you should never try to style/wash your hair during your period is this why? Does your period do something to your roots?

maybe it's your scalp that hurts and not the actual hair. My hair gets a lot more greasy during my period, and I do wash it. I think it's a bit of an old wives tale about not washing your hair. My Mother told me you shouldn't shower or bath at this time, but I wasn't going to listen to that.

While on your menstral cycle, your skin in generaly quite sensitive, just as everything really is on your body at that time. Sometimes being a woman isn't the best thing in the world. You know?

dont fell very stress when u r in work ,bcos it makes u almost tied in ur work,, lets hope for the best
