I am not really even sure what a transexual is

Too many people make assumptions, that everyone that falls into a certain "group" is the same.
Try judging the individual, and not the group they fall into, and you will find yourself a much more popular person.
In answer to the question though - I have absolutely nothing against transexuals, in fact I find the concept really interesting as a whole, and I bet they could teach the rest of us a thing or too - I mean, how many people really get to see the world from the perspective of both sexes ?
Its not my cup of tea personally, but that would never stop me from socialising with those who chose it as their way of life - after all, how exactly does it harm the rest of us ?

How can you agree or disagree? it's nobodies business but the person surely! Unless people feel the need to express strong opinions and believe they hold the right to judge, which usually means they are extremely insecure themselves.

I was here the whole time and I didn't see a question from the trans-sexuals so how could I agree with them???
