my waist is 36 how do i go to a 34/32 in 3-4 weeks{i dont care if it takes longer just give me good stuff}ill be going to college by that time and i cant go on a crash diet or exercise like crazy iv got asthma

obviously going on a diet (eating less and healthy) and exercising rigorously is the best bet. for just abs, try hula hoops around the waist. they work very well. also try various types of crunches, with legs extended in the air for lower abs.

I could write for days on this! Take the time to educate yourself on the basics of nutrition. You have to eat meals that are wholesome and nutritious ( plenty of raw fruits and vegetables!!) NO FAST FOODS!! and timing is key. Start your meals early so you don't eat past 6 or 7 pm.
and DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF.

Get some massage done by some handsome guy on ur butts which will help reduce ur fats and u will also enjoy it. continue this for 2 weeks u will see the result.

you're in a hard situation. don't go on diets, just don't eat junk food and mybey take a short walk, i'm sure it won't hurt you
