I’m a licensed Esthetician and I recommend using microdermabrasion, you could also do a chemical peel or use pigment control serum for any redness or discoloration.

if they are still red or pink these topical solutions will work, but if they are older and silver colored...short of laser treatments or surgery...they are here to stay!
